SIM300DZ <strong>Hardware</strong> <strong>Design</strong>3.4.3 Restart SIM300DZ using the PWRKEY pinYou can restart SIM300DZ by driving the PWRKEY to a low level voltage for period time, sameas turn on SIM300DZ using the PWRKEY pin. Before restart the SIM300DZ, you need delay atleast 500ms from detecting the STATUS low level on. The restart scenarios illustrate as thefollowing figure.Figure 5: Timing of restart system3.5 Charging interfaceSIM300DZ has integrated a charging circuit inside the module for Li-Ion batteries chargingcontrol, which make it very convenient for applications to manage their battery charging.
