ANNEXURE- VIIITECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONSTechnical Specification for Racks1. Size: 2350 mm ×1900 mm ×1000mm2. Number of shelves: 3 (Decking-Galvanized Deck panels).3. Load per shelves: 150-400 Kg, Rack Load: 1000 Kg (Max)4. Decking Panels: Panel shall be designed in such a manner that it should be adjustable .The panel shall haveminimum six bends.5. Upright: It should be rolled formed construction made in single piece without any welding. It should have slots at 50 mm to provide adjustment loading levels. Base plate of suitable thickness should be provided to transform the load to ground. Base plate should be grouted to the floor by using 2 No.s of expansion bolts.6. Diagonal and Horizontal Bracing channels: The Horizontal and vertical tracking should be rolled form with a dimension min.25×20×5 mm & 1.5 mm thick Angle & strips will not be acceptable.7. Base plate: Base plate must be 5mm thick The base plate should be able to hold the total load of 1000 Kg8.
