NATIONAL RURAL HEALTH MISSION, HARYANATENDERS FOR SUPPLY OF ITEMS FOR DRUG WAREHOUSES1. Sealed Bids in two separate covers (Technical bid and Price bid) in duplicate will bereceived till 10.05.2013 12:00 noon , by the Mission Director, NRHM Haryana for the supplyof items for Drug Warehouses in the State of Haryana (Annexure-I).2. Qualification Criteria for Eligible Bidders: The bidder shall be Original Manufacturerhaving valid manufacturing license(a)(b)(c)In case where the bidder is Original manufacturer, the bidder must have manufactured andsupplied satisfactorily similar item of the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements tothe extent of atleast 60% of the total quantity specified in the Schedule of Requirements,during the last three years as on the last date of the month proceeding the bid opening date inpremier Health Institutions such as AIIMS, any PGIMER, Govt. Medical Colleges etc.. Thereshould not be any adverse report on the functioning of the item for atleast two years on thedate of bid opening.Bidders who meet the above requirement except for successful operation for two years, canalso participate in the bidding provided they have valid ongoing collaboration/ agreement(under which the quantity indicate above has been manufactured) with a manufacturer who inturn fully meets the criteria specified at (a) above, provided the bidder furnishes alongwith thebid a legally enforceable undertaking jointly executed by himself and the collaborator forsatisfactory design, manufacture and performance of the items offered including all warrantyobligations as per conditions of the Contract.Bids of bidders quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer meeting with the aboverequirement in full, can also be considered, provided:-(i) The manufacturer furnishes a legally enforceable authorization in the prescribed form(Annexure-II) assuring full guarantee and Warranty obligations as per Conditions of theContract for the goods offered; and(ii) The bidder, as authorized agent, has supplied and provided after sales service to the premierHealth Institutions such as AIIMS, any PGIMER, Govt. Medical Colleges etc., whichmust be in satisfactory operation.(iii)A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested bidder onsubmission of written application and upon payment of a non refundable fee as indicatedin the Notice inviting tender in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of MissionDirector, NRHM Haryana payable at Panchkula.3. Bidding documents may be obtained from the above office between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. onall working days either in person or by post.4
