RSBY ProcessesENROLLMENTEnrollment is the addition of a newmember/family in the records ofRSBY. An electronic list of eligibleBPL households is provided to theinsurance company/Third PartyAdministrator (TPA) by theGovernment Departmentimplementing the scheme. Anenrollment schedule for eachlocation/village is then prepared bythe insurance company/TPA to beginsigning families up into the scheme.RSBY Publicity Banner in NCT of Delhi• An electronic list of eligible BPL/Vulnerable households is provided to theInsurance Company orTPA.• An enrollmentschedule for each GRCalong with dates isprepared by theInsurance Company/TPA with the help ofMission Convergenceofficials.• Mobile enrollmentstations are set up atlocal centers (e.g., GRCcenters) in each GRCRole of Gender Resource Centres (GRCs) inRSBY EnrollmentCoordinate & plan with TPA in advance to receive listof beneficiaries and enrollment camp datesMap their catchment area and identify thebeneficiariesDisseminate information on RSBY benefits andutilizationPlan and publicize the schedule of enrollment campamong the beneficiariesDistribute Yellow Slips among the beneficiaries priorto enrollment datearea.
