Throughout Ethiopia the story is the same—extreme poverty, scarce health care services, food shortages, unsafe water supplies, primitivedwellings, thousands of orphaned children and astaggering maternal/child death rate.Churches, synagogues and civic organizationsworldwide are responding to Ethiopia’s plight. They are asking, “On Mother’s Day, what ifeveryone honored moms and motherhoodthrough relief efforts for Ethiopian mothers andchildren?” These gifts would truly be “gifts of life.”This church, in partnership with the all-volunteer Tropical Health AllianceFoundation, has pledged its help. Over the next several weeks, information aboutcritical needs in Ethiopia will be provided to each church member. Thank you formaking a generous gift when you are invited to participate!Tropical Health Alliance FoundationP.O.
