Preference would be given to candidates who are domiciles of the District against thevacant posts in the District to which the candidate is applying.5. Engagement of all vacant posts at district level except for specialist doctors, MBBS &Ayush doctors shall be done by the District Health Societies preferably from candidatesbelonging to the district.6. The age of the candidates must not be more than 35 years as on date of interview (agerelaxable by 5 years and 3 years for SC/ST and OBC candidates respectively). The age limitis exempted for the candidates applying for the post of specialist, MBBS, Ayush doctors andASHA facilitators.7. The Society reserves the right to reject applications from candidates with less than 50%marks in their qualifying exams. However this criterion is not applicable to candidatesapplying for ASHA Facilitators.

8. The candidates should produce original certificate/mark sheets in support of qualification,domicile, SC/ST/OBC, age proof etc at the time of interview. Applicants who are not eligibleas per recruitment rules shall be cancelled. Applications with incomplete documents will berejected.9. Vacancies are liable to change.10. State Health Society reserves the right to cancel the DPC or to postpone the dates of DPC.11. The engagement will be initially upto 28/02/12 and may be extended based onperformance and requirements of the National Rural Health Mission, Manipur.12.
