Practitionerscannot register under the “Guest” category.• All Ontario dentists and dental students registering must be acurrent ODA member.• All other dentists and dental students who are from outside Ontariomust register in the Out-of-Province/Country category. Dentistsregistering in this category must have a practice address outsideOntario.• Complimentary registration is extended to: 50-Year/Honorary ODAMember Dentists, Active Members of the Canadian Armed Forces,and ODA Member Dental Students.Guest CategoryGuests must be registered by a practitioner and listed as a guestin the space provided on their registration form.
