Part - 5Implementation of the <strong>Strategic</strong> <strong>Plan</strong>5.1 Implementation Modalities of the SPIn line with the SP of the NHRC, various departments, divisions, regional and sub-regionaloffices will develop separate Action <strong>Plan</strong>s for six years, prioritizing their individualresponsibilities and priorities. The employees at the concerned divisions, regional and subregionaloffices will develop the Action <strong>Plan</strong>s in coordination with the partner organizations ofthe NHRC. The Action <strong>Plan</strong>s will give priority to regional and district level human rightsissues. The Policy Investigation and <strong>Plan</strong>ning Division of the NHRC will organize central andregional level seminars for the implementation of the SP and Action <strong>Plan</strong>s, as well as theconsistency.Reviews will be organized every two years on the implementation of the SP of the NHRC. Afour-monthly review will also be conducted to examine if the annual programs are conductedin line with the SP and resolve the problems. A Steering Committee will be formed under theconvenership of a Member as prescribed by the Chairperson of the NHRC which will examinewhether the works are conducted as per SP or not. The Committee will consist of Chairpersonsof National Women's Commission, National Dalit Commission, National Federation of theIndigenous Nationalities, Central Child Welfare Board and National Muslim Commission.The Committee will monitor if the SP has been implemented or not, and ask to conductactivities in accordance with the SP. Additionally, the Secretariat will regularly monitor theindicators to measure whether the expected result has been achieved as specified in themonitoring and evaluation framework or not and the NHRC activities have been carried out inaccording to the objectives or not. The Secretariat will also coordinate the activities such asstudy, monitoring, investigation, field visits, data collection and monitoring report writing toknow the status of the indicators.The NNHRC will fulfill the positions by making the employees working in the NHRC permanent,in accordance with the approved positions.
