ST. CHARLES BORROMEO CHURCHSCRIP NEWSVolunteer Time! During the summer we begin making thenew schedules for our SCRIP volunteers. It takes manyvolunteers to make this program a success. If you are aSCRIP volunteer and wish to continue as one, please let thecoordinators know the next time you work.• If you are not currently a volunteer, now is the time to getinvolved. St. Charles School packets will be cominghome soon and a “Volunteer Sign-up” sheet is included. However, SCRIP is not just for school families and wetake volunteers from every background. Simply let one ofthe coordinators know that you are interested in being avolunteer. Becoming a volunteer is a great way to learnmore about the SCRIP program, thereby increasing yourSCRIP credit.• There are many types of jobs and the time involvement isusually 1-2 hours once a week, every couple weeks orsometimes less than once a month. (It greatly dependson the number of volunteers we have.) It is, however, acommitment for one year – October, 2012 thruSeptember, 2013.
