Payments and revenue are depicted based on the USIHC’s fiscal year in the following charts.Any membership payment received between October 19 and December 31 of a given yearappears as a membership in the following year in the previous charts. Worked with printing service to process each Quarterly mailing list with US Postal Service’sNational Address Correction Database to reduce mismailed copies of the magazine. Automated the generation of new member welcome packet mailing list. Implemented new World Fengur subscription model for USIHC members. Processed three manual mailings (one in conjunction with the election materials).For next year1. Improve the detection of duplicate memberships. Currently this happens when amember creates a new membership instead of updating a changed email address. The“false positive” new memberships are detected manually before welcome packets aremailed.2. Improve data handoff with World Fengur.3. Find a way to reduce the number of pieces of mail the Congress pays to send out eachyear.
