He directs over 500personnel located at 2 CONUS and 1 OCONUS locations. His systemssupport over 200,000 USAF, US Army, DoD, and NATO users at 500sites worldwide in the execution of their mission. He is directlyresponsible for the annual delivery of over 200 software solutions,execution of a $230M+ annual budget, 33 support and sustainmentcontracts. He is also the System Sustainment Manager for theExpeditionary Combat Support System—a large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemthat will merge base level and wholesale AF logistics systems.Mr. Hulsey was born in Gainesville, Georgia. He received a Bachelor of BusinessAdministration in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia in 1987.Upon his college graduation, he entered federal civil service—beginning his career as a PalaceAcquire management trainee, a 3 year management training program, with the HeadquartersStandard Systems Group at Gunter AFB, Alabama. After graduating from the Palace Acquireprogram in 1991, he was selected for long-term full time study—receiving a Master of BusinessAdministration in from Auburn University at Montgomery. Mr Hulsey has served in the CombatAmmunition System program office, the Integrated Maintenance Data System program officeand the Integrated Logistics System-Supply program office.
