Four of these <strong>models</strong> with varying capacities will be d<strong>is</strong>played at the Elmia Wood2013 fair. All KESLA <strong>timber</strong> <strong>trailer</strong>s feature a single-beam frame. Among the most significantimprovements over the previous <strong>models</strong> are a sturdier frame beam, longer tow bar, <strong>new</strong> hoserack, protection for the hoses between the <strong>trailer</strong> and tractor, along with a revamped post attachmentand more versatile selection of tyres and brakes.The KESLA 12MDV <strong>timber</strong> <strong>trailer</strong> will also be introduced. Th<strong>is</strong> <strong>trailer</strong>, equipped with a framelock, <strong>is</strong> attached to the tractor's rear axle, which means that stabil<strong>is</strong>er legs are not needed. The<strong>trailer</strong>'s net loading capacity <strong>is</strong> 12 tonnes, and it features mechanical drive capable of pulling 5.3tonnes, as well as extremely robust beam control.The KESLA loader range will be supplemented with a <strong>new</strong> heavy-duty KESLA 316 loader,whose design reflects <strong>Kesla</strong>'s strong expert<strong>is</strong>e in forest machine and <strong>timber</strong> truck cranes. The <strong>new</strong>loader boasts a net lifting torque of 80 kNm and a reach of 7.2 m. The double-extension modelKESLA 316T will be introduced later th<strong>is</strong> year. A wide selection of control valves <strong>is</strong> availablefor the KESLA 316 loader, from mechanical control valves to electrohydraulic pilot controlvalves.New iterations of all grapples for the KESLA <strong>timber</strong> loaders are to be launched. The completely<strong>new</strong>, unified KESLA proG grapple series will be used on all KESLA cranes from the smallesttractor-mounted <strong>models</strong> to the most powerful <strong>timber</strong> truck cranes. The KESLA proG 20 model <strong>is</strong>suitable for KESLA 200 series loaders, whereas the KESLA proG 25 <strong>is</strong> perfect for the larger 300series loaders. A grabber system for loading a variety of loose materials <strong>is</strong> available for both<strong>models</strong>, along with a gravel bucket for loading soil.As a <strong>new</strong> accessory, an affordable and highly prec<strong>is</strong>e Walvoil electric pilot control valve can bepurchased for all KESLA <strong>timber</strong> loaders. In th<strong>is</strong> valve, the functions of the grapple and extensionare also proportional. The electric pilot control takes loading efficiency to a completely <strong>new</strong> level.The KESLA 40LFe stroke delimber <strong>is</strong> a reliable and easy-to-use machine for <strong>timber</strong> harvesting.The 40LFe <strong>is</strong> controlled ergonomically with an electric valve, and the stick needed to control themachine can be easily fitted in the tractor.
