CONSTITUTION & BY-LAWS BOARD APPROVED 8-18-2010AMENDMENT I APPROVED 4-20-2011AMENDMENT ICONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWSWARRIOR GOLF BOOSTER CLUBJAMES MARTIN HIGH SCHOOLARLINGTON, TEXASIn order to meet the organizational text for exemption under section 501 (c) (3), the Warrior Golf BoosterClub makes the following amendment to the Constitution and By-Laws adopted 8-18-2010.a. The Warrior Golf Booster Club is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, andscientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations thatqualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, orcorresponding section of any future federal tax code.b. Upon the dissolution of the organization, assets shall be distributed for one or more exemptpurposes within the meaning of section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or correspondingsection of any future federal tax code, or shall be distributed to the federal government, or to a stateor local government, for a public purpose.
