How It Works1The FZX pump draws the base fluid out of thebatch tank and transfers it through a short pipeto the Powder Mixer.BF2When the FZX pump is throttled at the suctionside by the liquid control valve, a strong vacuumis generated in the “Y” pipe below the funnel.3This vacuum draws powder or liquid directly intothe fluid flow. Ascentrifugal force pushes the product towardsthe outlet, the intensity of this turbulenceensures that all product must be thoroughlyblended to exit the FS.9
