<strong>Leeds</strong> Bus Review Consultation and Tender Outcomes tobe introduced 20/21 July 2013<strong>Outer</strong> <strong>West</strong> <strong>Leeds</strong> <strong>Areas</strong>(Calverley, Farnley, New Farnley, Pudsey, Tyersal)Main ImpactsThe ring road service 8 will no longer operate on Saturdays due to poor levelsof use.The evening operation of services 5 (<strong>Leeds</strong> – Old Farnley) and 14 (<strong>Leeds</strong> –Stanningley – Bramley – Pudsey) will be reduced to hourly after 7pm.Service 5 (Old Farnley – Armley – <strong>Leeds</strong> – Halton Moor)A half hourly evening service will continue to operate 7 days a week.The 0753 Butterbowl Drive to <strong>Leeds</strong> Infirmary Street will be retimed to departat 0751.The following little used early morning journeys will be withdrawn:-2320 (Daily) Halton Moor – <strong>Leeds</strong>This service will continue to be operated by First <strong>Leeds</strong>.Service 8 (Pudsey – Horsforth – Moortown – Seacroft)The Saturday service will be withdrawn due to low passenger use.A small number of Monday to Friday peak journeys will be extended fromSeacroft to Thorpe Park via Cross Gates.The following journeys will be withdrawn due to low use:-0611 (Mon-Fri) Pudsey – Seacroft0555 (Mon-Fri) Seacroft – Pudsey0645 (Mon-Fri) Seacroft – PudseyMost journeys will now terminate at Horsforth and will only extend to Pudseyat 0810,1605, 1705 and 1819 with services from Pudsey at 0701, 0745 and1735 . The Cote Lane area of Farsley will only be served at peak times.1


Buses terminating at Horsforth will now operate into Horsforth via Broadway(Ring Road) but will operate from Horsforth towards Seacroft via the presentroute.The timetable has been revised to provide connections with Service 9 atHorsforth for through passengers.During the daytime period, Service 8 will be extended to Halton via theproposed Service 60 route.
