distribution arrangements at the show.<br />

Jekko UK<br />

Italian crane manufacturer, Jekko will<br />

unveil an all new tracked mini crane,<br />

the SPX1040, as well as showing the<br />

MPK 20W and the SPD360. The new<br />

model, its largest to date, has a<br />

maximum lift capacity of four tonnes<br />

and a maximum tip height of 23.5<br />

metres. The new crane is a narrow<br />

aisle pedestrian controlled crane<br />

although it can pick and carry up to<br />

2.4 tonnes and is available in a<br />

variety of configurations.<br />

The standard model comes with<br />

narrow fixed chassis and rubber<br />

tracks, a 14.5 metre four section<br />

boom and heavy duty 4.8 metre<br />

swingaway with optional 2.7 metre<br />

stinger extension, which gives it a<br />

class leading tip height of 23.5<br />

metres with an offset capability<br />

of up to 25 degrees.<br />

Options include an extendable<br />

steel tracked chassis for maximum<br />

pick and carry duties, a shorter<br />

three section boom and three<br />

counterweight options, including<br />

vertikal days<br />

Isoli MPT 140<br />

a chart for the crane without<br />

counterweight, which reduces<br />

the GVW to just 5,000kg.<br />

JLG<br />

JLG is going electric, displaying<br />

five electric-powered aerial work<br />

platforms. The 13.72 metre E450AJ<br />

articulated boom lift, specifically<br />

designed where space is limited<br />

and claimed to be the fastest boom<br />

in its class.<br />

For lower level access work, and<br />

in confined or weight-restricted<br />

applications, JLG's 'ultra-compact'<br />

mast lift model 1230ES, with a<br />

platform height of 12ft, provides<br />
