Speedy
The UK's largest supplier of lifting
gear will display a wide range of
lifting and rigging equipment. Speedy
is also a major provider of generators
for the tower crane industry and will
have units on display.
Spierings
Spierings is exhibiting in its own
right this year with a full range of its
mobile self erecting tower cranes in
customer colours. Cranes on show
will include a John Sutch three axle
SK377-AT3, a four axle K-Lift
S498-AT4, a five axle City Lifting
SK599-AT5, a six axle BCHC
SK1265-AT6 and a seven axle
NMT SK2400-AT7.

Test Centrum
This will be the first opportunity
for the UK to see Giraf Track's
impressive, particularly with its
13 metre platform, tracked boom
lift/crane/telehandler. The company
is currently working with an electrical
supply/maintenance contractor to
build a machine specifically for the
UK utility market. The resulting
platform will feature an operator
cab with joystick controls and front
blade for stabilisation. The tracked
machine can cope with two people
plus a 250kg transformer.

Thermoil
Terry Fellner, president of Thermoil
Inc, USA - the Wisconsin-based
supplier of battery protection and
refurbishment products - will be on
the Thermoil Europe stand
explaining both the cost saving and
environmental benefits of the
products. Fellner will also be doing
live demonstrations of both the
Battery De-Sulfater and Battery
De-Mister throughout the show.
Interactive CD's and product literature
will be available for visitors and
product available for purchase.
Tinsley Trailers
Tinsley Special Products designs,
develops and manufactures specialist
HGV trailers and ancillary
equipment for both the UK and
continental European markets. It will
display its award winning crane
counterweight trailer with built in
fall protection system.

Specialist construction industry
credit reference agency Top Service
will be demonstrating its online
credit check and debtors exchange
service. Exhibiting with O Donovan
Solicitors it will also be hosting
seminars 'Protecting Yourself
Through The Credit Crunch' in the
Newton stand. See seminars and
workshops.
Tracked Access
Tracked Access will have several
tracked Palazzani Ragno spider
platforms and is hoping to have a
mini crane on show.
The Ragno TZX 170 was developed
with Multitel and is a low weight
17 metre spider lift that weighs
2,000kg. The larger 19 metre Ragno
TSJ19 is available with either
wheeled or tracked chassis and has
an outreach of nine metres. The 27
metre tracked Ragno TSJ27C has
14 metres of outreach controlled by
Palazzani's patented 'automatic
outreach limiting system'.
Also on show is a four
tonne capacity Merlo
Roto 40.25 MCSS
telehandler which
can lift 1,500kg
to its maximum Palazzani
25.25 metres
lift height.

Youngman will have a wealth of
access equipment on display
including its new push around
scissor lift the Boss X3 which offers
a working height of up to 4.55
metres. The machine incorporates
big scissor features such as
overload and tilt alarm cut-outs and

The company will also have its new
BoSS Evolution aluminium access
tower system on display. The tube
to tube design eliminates T-Joints
providing a stronger frame that is
