This is organized through the county. kids can empty cubbies and desks and at home all unusedschool supplies. We are giving our unused supplies to Broad Acres.PTA Programs and Activities SurveySurvey will be available online and via backpack mail.Preparing a survey to understand the top 3 programs to keep, top 3 programs that may bediscontinued or put on a rotational basis. We lacked volunteer committee chairs and committee members for the Spring Fair this year - isthis an event that should be held every other year? Should we consider holding the fair on aFriday after school and into the evening? Perhaps have fewer activities, but well liked activities?Consider soliciting volunteer commitments at Back to School Night. Consider having activitiescoordinated by each grade or classroom. Consider an SGA survey concurrent with PTAsurvey. Consider alternating the Spring Fair with Movie Night every other year.
