The loss of Maddie Carter from the mid courtwill be covered adequately by Sarah Saunders, Katie Bailey, KateSchwartz and Hayley Sansom, while the goal end will be strengthenedby the very fit and agile Sophie Manning. Reagan Plunkett and KateCostelloe again will be relied on to lead the way in attack. DefensivelyArrows will back up again with solid work from Nat Aulich and SandraBales. Ably lead by Co-captains Kate Costelloe and Katie Baileythroughout pre-season, Arrows are looking forward to matching lastyear’s success.Lexus Arrows 19s Coach Chloe Bennett and Annette Logan(Assistant Coach) will take on the challenge of blending a mix ofexperienced and very young but exciting players who will strive forsuccess in 2012.The new look team has only three of last year’s Arrows players:Kate Curran, Bianca Hollingsworth and Nicola Harper. They are joinedby Katie Stanford from Kingston, Amy Lawrence from Kilburn, andElla Cuthbert from Karana. The youngsters are Chelsea York, IsabellaKing and Emily Miles; all three are young but very talented players.Arrows will once again pursue a focus on player development withinthe group and also nurture new coaches Chloe and Annette, underthe guidance of Head Coach Lou Carter.2
