Soak the eight wooden skewers in a bowl of water. Mixthe yoghurt and curry paste together in a bowl, then addthe chicken and leave it to marinate for an hour.2. Thread the chicken pieces onto the pre-soaked skewers.Cook under a medium grill for 15-20 minutes, turning fromtime to time, until cooked through and nicely browned.3. Toss together the avocado, red pepper, spring onions,coriander and lemon juice. Add in the mixed salad anddivide between four plates.4. Add one or two chicken tikka skewers to each of theplates and serve with the warm wraps or pitta bread anda quarter of a slice of lime.
