Colouring Competition - Entry Details<br />
Terms and Conditions<br />
1. Entries close Satur<strong>day</strong> 15 October at 1:30pm at the UFS Pharmacy Marquee. Entries can be hand delivered or sent to KCC Colouring<br />
Competition, PO Box 733 <strong>Bendigo</strong> 3552 prior to the date <strong>of</strong> closing.<br />
2. Category winners will be announced on the <strong>day</strong> and then notified by phone or email if not present.<br />
3. The competition is limited to children at 12 years and under.<br />
4. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect <strong>of</strong> the competition including choice <strong>of</strong> winners is final and binding. No correspondence<br />
will be entered into. The <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Greater</strong> <strong>Bendigo</strong> may amend any <strong>of</strong> the terms and conditions and/or prizes <strong>of</strong>fered in its sole<br />
discretion.<br />
5. Winners will be announced at approximately 2:30pm on Satur<strong>day</strong> 15 October on the stage at the Kids Character Carnival <strong>Bendigo</strong>.<br />
6. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.All entries to the competition become the property <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>Greater</strong> <strong>Bendigo</strong>.<br />
7. Entries may be displayed by the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Greater</strong> <strong>Bendigo</strong>.<br />
8. The <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Greater</strong> <strong>Bendigo</strong> collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the competition and notify winners.<br />
If the information requested is not provided, the entrant will not be eligible to participate in the competition promotion or receive<br />
any Prize.All entries and information will be destroyed after the event and will not be used for any other purpose.<br />
9. By entering the competition, all entrants are deemed to have fully read and accepted all <strong>of</strong> the above terms and conditions.<br />
