About <strong>UMKC</strong>The Kangaroo <strong>Athletics</strong>Scholarship Fund (KASF)supports the studentathletesof the Universityof Missouri-KansasCity through scholarshipenhancement. Donationsto the Kangaroo <strong>Athletics</strong> Scholarship Fund provide for expenses such astravel, recruiting, equipment and more for our student-athletes.The KASF, which was renamed in 2007, was previously called the “Durwood <strong>Athletics</strong>Educational Fund.” With the support of the Durwood Foundation, the name waschanged in order to better educate current and potential donors as to the uses oftheir donations.
