STEPHEN LINSTEADT is an author, painter, poet,<br />

writer, and scholar of cosmology and consciousness<br />

from La Quinta, California. His book “The Heart Of<br />

Health: The Principles Of Physical Health And<br />

Vitality” (2003), co-authored with Maria Elena<br />

Boekemeyer, is available from Amazon.com,<br />

and NaturalHealingHouse.com. Stephen has studied Eastern<br />

philosophy for over thirty years and has traveled to India to learn<br />

and gain experience about his spiritual path. He has published articles<br />

on health, consciousness, and emotional well-being in various health<br />

related magazines and is a contributing writer for an international<br />

spiritual journal. His latest book, “Aquarian Messenger”, traces Carl<br />

G. Jung’s journey of conscious awareness into a modern alchemical<br />

myth for being human in the 21st century. Stephen Linsteadt is also<br />

CEO of Natural Healing House, assisting in the health and happiness<br />

of all beings through cellular nutrition, homeopathic products, and<br />

supplement solutions.<br />

ANDREW LYDDON is an author and workshop<br />

leader living in Hertfordshire, England. His book<br />

“Working With Singing Bowls: A Sacred Journey”<br />

(2007) is available from Polair Publishing. Andrew<br />

has produced a number of CDs, with the two most<br />

recent being “City Of Light”, and “Spiritual Heart Of<br />

The Sun”. The first attempts to capture something of the sound of<br />

Shambala, and the second seeks to express the sound-nature of<br />

beings who inform the Sun. Andrew Lyddon was introduced to Singing<br />

Bowls after hearing Tibetan Singing Bowls expert Frank Perry play at<br />

the White Eagle Lodge. When not working with Singing Bowls, Andrew<br />

also practices as a mental health social worker.<br />
