Connecting the 2 Sides• This is the last concept I want to share with you• Very powerful concept• It is a contradicting energy; on one hand I need to cry and feel the pain of all that I do andon the other hand I need to feel happy and joyful and perfect as I am meant to be• It is very confusing• That is why this month is controlled by mercury; the planet of communication• We know in communication there is always 2 sides• We need to live in the reality of 2 sides: black and white together• You have to connect them in the month of Virgo• During this time to connect with your soul, the perfect desire the true desire that we have• Use physical things to connect to the things that make you happy or sad• Because it is a tough time shutting yourself at home by yourself is very hard, but going tosee a funny movie, eating a small cake, doing things that will bring you joy andhappiness, even if it is only for the moment – meditating to connect with true happinesswhen you do those things• Shouldn’t feel guilty about them• During the day use physical things to make you happy• It is very hard to be spiritual and happy all day long• This is a tool that you can use to be happier• At night when you are trying to connect with the pain of your soul, scanning the Zoharand you feel nothing – it happens• I don’t feel pain about all the nonsense I did; what do I do now?• Go to youtube, there are a lot of sad videos there, think of something that makes youemotional and opens your heart• Use physical things to connect you with spiritual things• Meditate that you will connect to the true pain of your soul; pain of not doing the realwork and doing the job that you came here to do• The essential part is not to just eat the cake be happy and move on; enjoy it, taste it.• With this enjoyment you connect to the happiness of your soul• Use the physical things of this world to feel happiness or sadnessPage 6 PDF created 2010-08-19© 2010 Kabbalah Centre International.
