Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points<br />
(HACCP) Workshop<br />
15-16 April 2009 & 23-24 September 2009<br />
A two-day, non-residential workshop on implementing<br />
and applying HACCP principles to the manufacture of soft<br />
drinks, fruit juices and bottled waters. If you are involved<br />
in the quality and safety assurance of soft drinks, fruit<br />
juice and bottled water production, then this course is an<br />
essential requirement.<br />
Delegates will sit the Royal Society for Public Health’s<br />
Intermediate Certificate in Applied HACCP Principles<br />
examination. Tuition is delivered by Dialog, leading trainers<br />
in hygiene in soft drinks manufacture.<br />
The course fee includes tuition, course notes and meals for<br />
the duration of the course but does not include the RSPH<br />
examination fee.<br />

A two-day, non-residential workshop delivered by<br />
Reading Scientific Services Limited, for those involved in<br />
microbiological examination.<br />
A mixture of lectures and practical sessions, this workshop<br />
provides an introduction to spoilage, pathogenic and<br />
beneficial micro-organisms of significance to the soft<br />
drinks industry.<br />
Attendance on this course will ensure that participants<br />
understand what is involved in microbiological examination<br />
of samples, the significance of laboratory results and what<br />
action may be necessary to control the growth of particular<br />
organisms.<br />

Successful course delegates will receive a RSPH Level<br />
3 Award in Food Hygiene and Safety and undertake an<br />
assessment leading to an RSPH accredited certificate in<br />
Group Training Skills. Tuition is delivered by Dialog. The<br />
course fee includes accomodation, meals, tuition, course<br />
