The footnote 16 on page 99 ...\multfootsepIn the standard classes if two or more footnotes are applied sequentially 1,2 then the markersin the text are just run together. The class, like the footmisc [Fai00] and ledmac packages,inserts a separator between the marks. In the class the macro \multfootsep is usedas the separator. I think that this looks peculiar.
