The DSC is made available in a token. Customers areadvised to take care that the DSC is not inadvertently deleted/removed/or the token is formatted. In case of such issues afresh DSC needs to be issued. The procedure for the reissue of fresh DSC is given below:a) Please send us a proper application letter containing all the facts, your full name & your Bidder ID no along with yourold e-token & CD in the kit.b) Please deposit Rs 2000/- in form of Demand Draft /Pay Order, drawn in favour of "mjunction services limited" anddeposit in CMS account CMS Code-MJVJDSC. The process for depositing payment is same as mentioned above.We will then reissue a new certificate & deliver it to you by 7 working days from the date of receipt of the case. Theapplication papers sent along with the original case need not be resubmitted.LOST DSC Clause :In case the whole DSC kit containing CD & e-token or any one of them has been lost then you need to do the following :a) Please send us a proper FIR copy & application letter for DSC deletionb) Please send us all set of papers along with fees of Rs2537 for a fresh DSC applicationWe will treat your case as a lost case & hence a fresh DSC kit containing CD , e-token & certificate will be issued to youby 7 working days from the date of receipt of the case.In case the customer is using a DSC issued by other service providers then they need to contact their DSC serviceprovider for Re-Issue/Lost DSC cases.PLZ NOTE – Please download Team Viewer Software in your machine (PC OR laptop).
