Career CounselingCareer Counseling and PlacementThe following summary is based on data collected from the Graduate Employment survey which completed and returned to the Office of Career Counselingand Placement. Over 90% of the graduates that utilize the Office of Career Counseling and Placement are either hired in positions with corporate America,the federal government, the state government, or public as well as private business. This was recognized by the Council on Postsecondary Education,where our office was selected number one. The Office of Career Counseling and Placement places all academic disciplines. The average salary for an entrylevel position for the class of 2009 was $32,000 and over with great health benefits.
