(I) (11) of thisCircularEnsure that the demographicdetails captured in the DPMSystem match with the detailsin the new account openingform, KYC documents and PANcard submitted by the Client.If there is mismatch in thedemographic details capturedin the DPM System or if Clientsubmits a request formodification of such detailslike change of Bank details,address details, etc. follow therelevant procedure.(vii)Capture the signature of theClient (Minor turned Major) inthe system in place of thesignature of the Guardian(captured earlier).DPM System(viii)Select “None” or “Nominee” asthe case may be in the field‘Nominee/Guardian’ in theDPM System to disable theentire Guardian details in thesaid account. If “Nominee” isselected enter the nominationdetails.Point nos. (I) (10) of thisCircular and Annexure JA ofBusiness RulesSelect the option after theaforesaid procedure asmentioned in aforesaid pointsis followed and the identity ofthe Client is verified. As theClient has become Major, he/she can now make anomination in his/her accountin favour of any person by filingwith the Participant a requestfor making a nomination inprescribed form.[ 13 ]
