The first isa soil deposit permit at 38297 Bell Road (the pit is currently being reclaimed under the permit noted below by Rue). Thesecond is for a new extraction operation at 38447 Bell Road. The draft permits were forwarded to the Regional Boardfor issuance last month but they were referred back to staff for further review after a delegation raised proceduralquestions at the Board meeting.At your earliest convenience can you please call me to discuss these two files.
