A qualifying tableon a Weekend is a means to qualify. Non-4th dayGuests sit at their own table with table leaders andparticipate in all aspects of the Weekend. In the unlikelyevent of a medical situation, it will be given toemergency personnel.” – Do not announce toTeam or Guests anyone serving on the Team whohas medical training.Most camps / retreat centers do not provide liabilityinsurance. Determine if this is the situation for thecamp / retreat center you are using. If it is, contactthe KPMI Office Manager at the International officeand request a insurance rider. You will need toprovide the address for the camp / retreat centerand dates of the Weekend. The insurance rider isgood for one year, and the KPMI Office Managerwill provide you with a copy (if not, request it andkeep in the Weekend Leader’s notebook). TheInternational office will cover the cost of the rider.VERY IMPORTANT: The rider provides liabilitycoverage ONLY for negligence of a Teammember. As completedforms are received, they should be retained by theAC Spiritual Director and the comprehensive listing(maintained by the AC Statistician) updated. It wassuggested Episcopalian be added in with Catholicsister, an area added to determine otherlanguage(s) spoken, American Indian changed toNative American, and Observing Table toQualifying Table.
