The aim is to increaseawareness of the costs of runningour churches and maintainingour beautiful buildings.Ultimately, by raising awareness,we hope that more members ofthe community will become regular, tax efficient, givers to thechurch.Family history unravellednow live)on her marriage.Audrey hastold methat DonG r i f f i t h s ,ex-postmanon BringstyCommon, isher cousin. This is a different Griffithsfamily. Theyhope to introduce this in theautumn.Glass is not currently collectedfrom homes, but it does make upa significant percentage of recycling. This new kerbside recyclingservice will therefore collectglass bottles and jars, cans, foil, paper, cardboard, cartons and avariety of plastics in a wheeledbin every fortnight. This willaccommodate glass in a safe way, also helping to save over two millionplastic bags every year.So that everyone has the chanceto participate in this reallyimportant service, the councilcan help anyone who has difficulty(whether through old age ordisability) in putting their rubbishand recycling at the kerbsideby agreeing a place fromwhich staff can collect. The council will provide the standardbin (240 litres) but is awarethat households come in allshapes and sizes so you canchoose to have a smaller bin (120litres) instead.Anyone with any queries aboutthe new waste collection servicecanemailrecyclingenquiries@herefordshire.gov.ukIf you require the smaller binand/or you would like an assistedcollection, you can either callInfo in Herefordshire on 01432260051 or visit any Info inHerefordshire Office. This consultation will end on theApril 30 2009.
