Excellent all round skills are required in order to cover <strong>and</strong> support the other two roles inthe team.Main <strong>Objectives</strong> <strong>and</strong> ActivitiesAccounts preparationo Purchase Ledgero Cash Booko Production of monthly management accountso Overseeing cash collection & forecastingo Support FD with budget <strong>and</strong> re-forecast preparationo Collate key information for FD approval prior to submission to Payroll BureauOffice Administrationo Overall responsibility for co-ordinating office serviceso Pool cars / Mileage / Expenses / Credit Cardso Administration of Employee benefit schemes (CTW <strong>and</strong> Nursery)Receptiono Responsible for the overall smooth running of receptiono Day to day supervision of receptionist as required.o Being the first line of back-up for the Receptionist when calls roll-over, during breaks <strong>and</strong>holidays / absenceCover for Sales & Accounts Administrator, being able to support during holidays / peak periods ono Sales Ledger / CRMFrom time to time you may be asked to fulfil other reasonable duties by your line manager


Person SpecificationGood communication skillsAccounts Experience, preferably to AAT level with full underst<strong>and</strong>ing of the General Ledger CashManagement <strong>and</strong> Management Accounts.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications eg Word, Excel,Good computer/keyboard skillsExcellent attention to detailExcellent literacy <strong>and</strong> numeracyExcellent timekeeping <strong>and</strong> flexibility when requiredExcellent organisational skills <strong>and</strong> the ability to assist others in meeting their deadlinesDiscretion when h<strong>and</strong>ling sensitive or personal information
