The idea is along the same lines as the County’s ideaof doing away with transportation impact fees. Chairman VanMeter asked Mr. Wheeler when he would be bringing this back tothe Board and Mr. Wheeler said that it would be the secondmeeting in March or the first meeting in April.Commissioner Harford stated that he is still working on gettingsomeone appointed to the Board of Supervisors by the 14th ofMarch. Supervisor Thacker thanked Rodney Henderson for hispatience for the questions asked about the financial audit andinquired what the procedure was that usually organizations had anaudit committee with one Board member overseeing the audit. Mr.Lawson reminded Mr. Thacker that you have to be very carefulwith doing something like this because you have to observe theSunshine Law and asked for time to research the matter.There being no further business to come before the Board,Chairman Van Meter adjourned the meeting at 6:59 PM.Adjourned________________________________________Bruce R.
