TERMS & CONDITIONSAll orders are invoiced at gross rate. Agency commissions should be applied to payments.Signature acknowledges acceptance of all terms <strong>and</strong> conditions on this contract.COMMISSIONSAll rates quoted are commissionable 15% to recognized agencies providing camera ready art or filmseparations. All mechanical <strong>and</strong> creative production is non-commissionable.CASH DISCOUNTA 5% cash discount may be applied to any order paid in full prior to the closing date for space reservations.PAYMENT TERMSAll accounts are due <strong>and</strong> payable on the date of publication. A 1.5% monthly service charge will beapplied on all balances due past 30 days. Payment in advance may be required for first- time advertisers.FREQUENCY DISCOUNTSTo calculate earned frequency discounts, number of issues or insertions may be used, whichever isgreater. Insertions must run within a 12 month period starting with the first issue in which the firstinsertion appears. The size of the ads cannot be reduced by more than 50% <strong>and</strong> hold frequencydiscounts. Unless a contract is signed beforeh<strong>and</strong>, earned discounts will apply as earned <strong>and</strong> cannotbe made retroactive.CANCELLATION/LIABILITYInnovative Designs & Publishing reserves the right to reject any advertisement at anytime.Advertisers <strong>and</strong> advertising agencies assume full liability for all content of ads they place in thepublication including text, photography, representations <strong>and</strong> illustrations. No cancellations will beaccepted after the space closing dates printed on this contract. The publisher reserves the right tohold the advertiser/agency jointly <strong>and</strong> severally liable for such monies that are due <strong>and</strong> payable tothe publisher including attorney’s fees. All signed advertising agreements assume acceptance by theadvertiser of all terms <strong>and</strong> conditions specified on this contract. The advertiser is obligated to providead materials conforming to the specifications provided on this contract by the materials due date.In the event that materials arrive late or do not conform to these specifications, the advertiser is stillobligated for all costs of the space reserved. Contracts that are cancelled shall be subject to a shortrate cancellation penalty. ELECTRONIC FILESPECIFICATIONSCOMPUTER SOFTWAREOur staff utilizes Adobe Creative Suite 6, any of the following layout files are acceptable: Adobe InDesign (*.indd),Photoshop (*.psd, *.tif, *.jpg, *.eps), Illustrator (*.ai, *.eps, *.pdf) & Acrobat (*.pdf). We can also accept non-working files of*.tif, *.jpg, *.eps & *.pdf format. Note that changes cannot be made to these files once received. Non-working files musthave all text converted to outlines or all fonts embedded, <strong>and</strong> all images embedded, in addition to following all otherspecifications.FILE SETUPSet document dimensions to the correct size of the ad.
