NARRABRI SHIRE COUNCIL FEBRUARY 2012 ORDINARY MINUTES10.1.5 GENERAL MANAGER’S REPORTSubject:Code of Conduct – Report from Conduct Review CommitteeMOTIONMotion moved by Councillor Lowder/Sevil that Council receive and note the report from the Codeof Conduct Review Committee titled “Report of Code of Conduct Inquiry - Allegations ofMisbehaviour by Councillor Conrad Bolton”.ON BEING PUT TO THE MEETING THE MOTION WAS DECLARED LOST.MOTIONMotion moved by Councillor Kelly/Redding that the Council consider the recommended actions bythe Conduct Review Committee in their report dated 8 th January 2012 titled “Report of Code ofConduct Inquiry – Allegations of Misbehaviour by Councillor Conrad Bolton” arising from eventsof 21 st June 2011 and determine what action (if any) it will take.THE MOTION WAS WITHDRAWN.CR KNOX LEFT THE MEETING AT 1.46PM.CR KNOX RETURNED AT 1.46PM.MOTIONMotion moved by Councillor Etheridge/Kelly that the Council consider the recommended actionsby the Conduct Review Committee in their report dated 8 th January 2012 titled “Report of Code ofConduct Inquiry – Allegations of Misbehaviour by Councillor Conrad Bolton” arising from eventsof 21 st June 2011 and determine that Cr Bolton be censured in accordance with Section 440g of theLocal Government Act 1993.ON BEING PUT TO THE MEETING THE MOTION WAS DECLARED LOST.
