POSTER INFORMATION<br />
Installation and Removal<br />
FoR PosTeRs 001-296<br />
• Posters must be installed on: Thursday 9 september (poster areas open at 8.00). If you have used esDR's poster<br />
printing service, we will install your poster for you.<br />
• Posters will be removed by esDR staff on Friday 10 september at 13.00. You may collect your poster from the<br />
registration area from 15.00 on Friday<br />
FoR PosTeRs 297-600<br />
• Please leave your poster at the registration desk when you arrive at the esDR meeting. Do not leave your poster<br />
tube. We can only store flat posters.<br />
• Posters will be installed by esDR staff on Friday 10 september at 13.00.<br />
•Please remove your poster by 17.00 on saturday 11 september<br />
Poster Sessions<br />
Two Poster sessions are scheduled:<br />
• PosTeR sessIon I (Posters 001-296) Friday 10 september, 11.30-13.00<br />
all poster presenters to be in front of posters, except those joining poster walks (see below). Coffee will be<br />
available during this session.<br />
• PosTeR sessIon II (Posters 297-600) saturday 11 september, 10.30 to 12.00<br />
all poster presenters to be in front of posters, except those joining poster walks (see below). Coffee will be<br />
available during this session.<br />
• PosTeR sessIon III (one-hour session) saturday 12 september, 10.15-11.15<br />
ELECTRONIC POSTER AREA<br />
all <strong>2010</strong> esDR posters will be available for viewing throughout the meeting at the electronic Poster area. This<br />
area contains 20 computers and is only available for poster viewing (no Internet connection). The electronic Poster<br />
technology enables fast browsing/search and a facility to contact the author. a technician will be available to assist<br />
with any questions/problems.<br />
Poster Prizes<br />
several poster prizes will be awarded at the <strong>2010</strong> esDR Meeting. The awards will be made at a special ceremony<br />
on saturday 11 september from 16.00-16.20 in the europaea Room.<br />
Poster Walks<br />
The purpose of poster walks is to encourage interaction between junior and senior researchers and to promote<br />
discussion on work presented at the meeting as posters. Poster walks take place during both Poster sessions.<br />
PosTeR WaLK I: Meet at registration desk at 11.30 on Friday 10 september<br />
PosTeR WaLK II: Meet at registration desk at 10.30 on saturday 11 september<br />
If you wish to join a poster walk simply meet at the meeting registration desk at these times. a list of poster walk<br />
leaders and topics will be made known at the meeting. Confirmed walk leaders at the time of publication of this<br />
program are:<br />
Posters that have been selected for discussion will have a sticker placed on the poster board. If your poster is<br />
selected for a poster walk, please feel free to join the relevant walking tour group.<br />
SLIDE PREVIEW ROOM<br />
The slide preview room is located on the second floor.<br />
after completing meeting registration at the Registration Desk, each speaker should go to the slide preview room.<br />
The preview room will be open from 10.00 on Wednesday 8 september until the close of the Meeting.<br />
all presentations must be in english. each speaker should also verify in the final program that the name of the<br />
room and the time of the session have not changed. each meeting room is equipped with a single video-projector<br />
(LCD for computer assisted presentations, ie, Powerpoint). speakers are reminded that they may noT connect<br />
their own laptop to the LCD projector in the meeting rooms.<br />
