all delegates are invited to attend the esDR Welcome Reception at the Helsinki City Hall on Thursday 9 september<br />
<strong>2010</strong>. a warm buffet and drinks will be provided free of charge to all registered delegates.<br />

The City Hall is a short walk from the esDR <strong>2010</strong> meeting venue and is located opposite the Market square and<br />
Helsinki Port. Guides will be situated outside the Marina Congress Center and along the route to show you the way.<br />

Friday 10 September <strong>2010</strong>, 19.30-24.00<br />
Wanha Satama<br />
all delegates, exhibitors and sponsors are invited to the esDR <strong>2010</strong> Gala evening. The Gala evening will be held a<br />
short walk from the meeting venue at Wanha satama. The name "Wanha satama" means "old Harbour" and the<br />
brick building dates from the 19th century.<br />
a hot buffet and drinks will be provided free of charge to all registered delegates.There will also be musical<br />
entertainment throughout the evening and dancing after dinner. Rooms with seating will be available away from<br />
the music.<br />
