Integrating ArtsVisionTo express culture and creativitythroughout the city centreand ensure all public projectsin the city centre includecreative elementsBackgroundThe CCF helps to articulate and deliver the Arts Strategy (2010).The initiatives that are in the Arts Strategy are coordinated withthe Urban Design Strategy to enhance the look and feel of thecity. The arts and use of public art help to build a stimulatingand vibrant urban environment, and to develop attractivepublic spaces. The strategy also encourages greater artistic useof public spaces.
