Herprevious professional experience includes being a grassrootsdirector for the Children’s Defense Fund, work as a lobbyist forRichard Consulting and HIPPY Director for the <strong>YWCA</strong>. Ms.Pensak serves on other local, state and national boards, includingAdath Israel Synagogue, the Drake Hospital Board, the OhioJewish Communities and the HIPPY <strong>USA</strong> Board. In 2004, shewas chosen as the Enquirer Woman of the Year and in 2008received the United Way’s Geier Family Leadership Award. She and her husband areproud residents of downtown Cincinnati.Sue Allen is Senior Vice <strong>President</strong> for Macy’s Credit and Customer Service.Judge Susan Dlott is a Federal District Court Judge for the southern district of Ohio.Michelle Heath is Senior Manager at the Accounting firm, Ernst and Young.Katy Hollister is a Partner at Deloitte & Touche <strong>USA</strong>, LLP.Adrienne James is Superintendent of Sycamore Schools.
