The web sites could be enhancedto offer specic government services to the public online, aside from the existingelectronic procurement system. It could also include a feedback mechanism whereinthe public could give their suggestions or le their complaints.Electronic governance, which refers to the use of information and communicationtechnology to promote good governance (i.e., applying the principles of transparency,accountability and participation in governance), will be advocated to all LGUs in theprovince.Opportunities for employment in the Information and Communication Technology(ICT) industry abound and we have to prepare our people through trainings and shortcourses to increase their chances of getting hired. There is also a need to continuouslyconduct trainers’ training to download the technical skills to more of our teachers.• Improve Farm-to-MarketRoads• Enhance Concreting ofProvincial Roadsoads and Other Infrastructureuroads and Other InfrastructureWe will improve farm-tomarketroads as well as increasethe length of asphalted orconcreted provincial roads toenhance mobility for agriculturalactivities, trade and tourism.Presently, our 424.52 km total provincial roads comprise 125.98 km (29.67%)concreted road, 15.99 km (3.76%) asphalted road, and 280.73 km (66.12%) gravelroad, and 1.91 km bridge (0.45%). Our national roads totaling 1,351.69 km comprise382.57 km (28.30%) gravel, 579.87 km (42.90%) asphalt, 377.41 km (27.92%)concrete, and 11.84 km (0.88%) bridge.
