(G) Effective date of amendments. The amendments submitted by the <strong>Supreme</strong><strong>Court</strong> to the General Assembly on January 12, 1978, and on April 28, 1978, shall take effect onJuly 1, 1978. They govern all proceedings in actions brought after they take effect and also allfurther proceedings in actions then pending, except to the extent that their application in aparticular action pending when the amendments take effect would not be feasible or would workinjustice, in which event the former procedure applies.(H) Effective date of amendments. The amendments submitted by the <strong>Supreme</strong><strong>Court</strong> to the General Assembly on January 14, 1980 shall take effect on July 1, 1980. Theygovern all proceedings in actions brought after they take effect and also all further proceedings inactions then pending, except to the extent that their application in a particular action pendingwhen the amendments take effect would not be feasible or would work injustice, in which eventthe former procedure applies.(I) Effective date of amendments.
