RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE - Supreme Court

(M) Effective date of amendments. The amendments submitted by the SupremeCourt to the General Assembly on January 14, 1988 shall take effect on July 1, 1988. Theygovern all proceedings in actions brought after they take effect and also all further proceedings inactions then pending, except to the extent that their application in a particular action pendingwhen the amendments take effect would not be feasible or would work injustice, in which eventthe former procedure applies.(N) Effective date of amendments.
