Date: 1977 Time: 2100After an evening of flying kites the witness returned home as usual, around 1900,however at around 2100 he realized that he had left behind a bag in which heusually carried the kite flying equipment and went up to the terrace to collect it. Thenight was very clear and there seemed nothing unusual as he entered the terrace.However as he did he noticed that there were two small entities (figures) ---which heinitially believed to be at the time street urchins trying to steal the TV antenna orsomething. He remained very still and observed them for a minute or two. Bothwere dressed in some sort of loose white clothing, which was common for urchinswho wore anything that was donated. One of them was holding what looked like aflat screen made of glass or some other material---more like a modern day anti-glarecomputer screen and was observing the Eastern horizon or signaling to someonesomewhere. The other entity, dressed similarly was standing a few inches behindand also looking into that screen. Both were wearing some sort of rectangularbackpack with some tube that folded above their shoulders. Somehow convincedthat these were urchins---since aliens were something he was not aware of at thatage---he ran towards them, hoping to catch the two ‘thieves’ and become a hero inhis neighborhood. He had armed himself with a stout large stick that was sufficientto scare off any street urchin. As he yelled and ran towards the two, they turned andlooked at him---a look that was enough to ‘terrify’ anyone. Both had very largeblack eyes, like helmet visors but divided into two eye-like ovals, no nose or mouthwas visible. One of these figures tried to signal the witness to stop with his palm andhand outstretched. But the other, perhaps more afraid, sprayed something from thetube it carried---something resembling gas. The spray felt “like a thousand ants hadbit over my body and in that split second, the two figures jumped over the terraceand vanished.” Hoping that the two ‘urchins’ (he still thought they were?) had nothurt themselves from the 3 story jump to the ground; the witness ran down thestairs and went to the area where they could have possibly landed. However therewas no sign of anything there. Had they really jumped, they would have landed on asmall, muddy lane that went past his building. He felt the mild tingling sensation ofant bites and returned home but these vanished within the next few minutes, with notrace on his body. However a few days later, he came down with a strange medicalcondition---his body was covered with hundreds of bite-like swelling marks, red anditchy. Doctors diagnosed it as some allergy since he was afraid to say exactly whathad happened earlier.
