Willamette Valley, OregonDate: 1977Time: nightThe witness, Bonnie Bodine, her two children and her husband were spending thenight at her parent’s place and while there here husband and the witness slept inher brother’s room. She kept the door open about 6 inches for the dim light fromthe hallway, as she always did in unfamiliar surroundings. When she was close tosleep she felt someone looking at her so she opened her eyes thinking that it was herchildren who sometimes would wake her up by staring at her. However this time itwas definitely not her children. She saw a figure that was very dark and she couldsee clearly see the bookshelves on the opposite wall. The figure was leaned overlooking right into her face. His eyes looked exactly as if you were to take a shinyblack pool cue ball and slice it in half, with the rounded sides outward. He wasabout 6’4” tall and very thick and broad through the chest. The figure had on ametal looking mouth and nose area cover that had thin metal tubing going from thefront around towards the back. There were three tubes on one side and two on theother. The tubes were the size of an average ink filler or thinner. This mouth/nosecover was sort of pig snout shaped. Even though the figure looked mostly like“machine” she could “feel” the animal-part in him. She screamed and the figurevanished, too late she felt that he meant no harm, in fact she felt as though it knewher. Moments later a dazzling white disc shot out from the trees and disappearedinto the sky above him.
