First Class CareOur person centred approach meansthat each resident is an individualtreated with respect and dignity. Eachresident has a named key worker andan individual care plan. This will covertheir personal and medical history, aswell as a record of particular activitiesthey enjoy and any cultural or religiousaspects of their care.Residents, and where appropriatetheir families, are involved as far aspractical in the decisions regardingtheir care.
