Sixth St.The Kitchen Witches is the story of Isobel Lomaxand Dolly Biddle, two “mature” cable-access cookingshow hostesses who have hated each other for 30years, ever since Stephen Biddle dated one andmarried the other.Isobel makes a surprise appearance on the finalepisode of “Baking with Babcha,” hosted by Dolly.Sparks fly between the two cooks, delighting TVviewers, and a new cooking show featuring both isborn.Dolly’s son and the show’s producer, quicklybecomes mired in the middle of these twoincompatible cooking divas.Show dates are Sept. 17, 18, 24, 25; Oct. 1, 2 at 8p.m.; Sept.19, 25, 26; Oct. 2, 3 at 2 p.m.; and Sept. 30at 7 p.m.All performances will be held at the Tempe Centerfor the Arts, 700 W Rio Salado Parkway at TempeTown Lake.Ticket prices are $20 for adults, $18 for seniors(55-plus ) and students.
