If at any point <strong>of</strong> time, the Block Development Officer & Programme Officer finds thatthe progress <strong>of</strong> work is disturbed at any Gram Panchayat due to delay in receipt <strong>of</strong> fund, he mayutilize this revolving fund. But, this fund should not be utilized for Panchayat Samiti.The District Nodal Officer, MGNREGA Cell, will arrange to transfer fund to the BlockDevelopment Officer & Programme Officer <strong>of</strong> the following Blocks by issuing advice to the State Bank<strong>of</strong> India, Midnapore Branch, United Bank <strong>of</strong> India, Sepoy Bazar Branch and Punjab National Bank,Midnapur Branch.
