This intervaltraining <strong>programme</strong> rides to the rhythmof powerful music and increasescardiovascular fitness, leg strength andmuscular endurance.Body Attack - A high energy, structured,athletic aerobic fitness class whichincludes strength and stabilisationexercises. It is a great way to get fit orget fitter.Body Combat - A high energy structuredworkout that combines movements fromthe martial arts, boxing and kick–boxing inan effective “non–contact” calorie burningworkout that’s also good for unleashingfrustration.Body Step - A lively, uplifting, structuredstep class combining fitness and fun inan effective cardiovascular workout thatshapes and tones your body.These classes work on your muscles toimprove fitness & appearance. This willalso help improve your body composition,blood glucose levels and athleticperformance. Good muscular fitness willalso reduce your risk of musculoskeletalproblems.Body Pump - The original structuredweighted workout, with the motivation ofmusic and easily adjustable weights.
