IntroductionTHE <strong>NHS</strong> NEXT STAGE REVIEW CLINICAL LEADS IN THE 10 STRATEGICHEALTH AUTHORITIESIn previous reviews of the <strong>NHS</strong>,frontline staff have been on the fringesor bystanders. This <strong>Review</strong> has beendifferent. We and our colleagues in the<strong>NHS</strong> have been at its core.
